Hey All,
I have a Norcent 42' EDTV (PT4235) that I received second hand from my parents. It seems fine except for its YpPbPr component input (the one that can handle 1080i inputs) which displays every video and game with a strong tinge of green. I know this is only that input's problem as all other inputs display the color fine (VGA, AV, S-video, etc). It's out of warranty so I was wondering if there was any service menu code for this particular TV.
Interestingly, I emailed Norcent and got a bounce. Also, their website 'norcent.net', seems to be flagged by Google as a site with virus/worm issues and recommends visiting it. I checked it out regardless and while the site seems up and running the links to the firmware and manuals are not working. Is the company defunct?
