The effect has the same drawbacks as the 'lens flare' in the simulator. The effect works in P3D v4. If you did everything according to the manual and corrected 'cameras. Cfg' then the effect should be visible from several cameras of appearance and from the cockpit.

FSX/P3D >v4 Airbus A330-300 Edelweiss Air package. Edelweiss is a Swiss leisure airline based in Zurich Airport and part of the Lufthansa group. Edelweiss operates (Jan. 2018) 2 A330-300 to destinations around resorts in Europe and as far as the USA. Model by Thomas Ruth. Added the better Thomas Ruth modified VC with latest updates by Chris Evans and Louis Quintero. I added the great textures by Jan Portmann. Includes built in FMC by Garret Smith. Fixed contact points so wheels do not sit too high. FMC will display in VC. Includes A330 manual. Custom A330 sounds included. Requires either FSX Acceleration or Service packs 1 & 2. This is FSX V 1.2 upgrade of the Robert Bruce model of the Bristol F2b Brisfit Collectors Edition Mega package. To start with there was no 2d panel so I made 3 of them. Normal, medium sized and Land panel. There are 15 liveries : British, Hellenic, Argentinian, Mexican, Belgian, Australian, Peruvian, Polish, Spanish, New Zealand, Irish & USA Air Forces including RAF famus Brisfish (Bristol Fish) with the fuselage painted as a giant Baracuda and 81330 of the Indian Gift Sq. presented by the Maharaja of Darbhanga as well the American Version of Dayton Wright (XB-1A) of the 13th Attack USAAF sq. All textures are in 2048 px for higher res. with many museum photreal liveries, real metal textures and precise details. The model features multiple camera views, animated pilot and gunner and an extremely detailed VC. MV-22B for FSX and P3D. Created to fill the gap unavailability good model on FSX and P3Dmodel, gauge, sound, animation and flight dynamic build as close as possible. this not perfect work but can be compare to payware available till this aircraft build.
